In 2009 I had the great opportunity to take over the styling of the Dirndl underwear collection for Triumph. This “Dirndl Magic” collection for 2010 is a creative mix of traditional Bavarian costume and bold modern elements. Inspired by classic dirndl aesthetics, I combined edelweiss motifs as body decoration, an apron as a petticoat or antlers as hair accessories.
A special highlight is the transparent dirndl blouse provided by melicious*, which is worn under the bra - in combination with a shorty. The campaign was such a great success that Triumph has included my design of the dirndl blouse worn under a bra in next year's collection.
